Easy steps to make your nonprofit more welcoming and accessible to people with disabilities
Disability is a common, frequently occurring part of the human experience. About 1 in 4 American adults has a disability that affects a major part of life. People with disabilities are among the staff, volunteers, clients, and donors of every nonprofit organization. Many nonprofit organizations and foundations want their programs and services to be accessible to people with disabilities but aren't sure how to make improvements. FISA Foundation and The Heinz Endowments are pleased to partner with Bender Consulting Services to offer a series of short (one hour) webinars, free of charge, to address common accessibility issues.
